The journal follows complete transparency regarding publication charges.

  • No subscription fees are charged to readers.
  • No payment is requested before editorial acceptance.
  • APC information is published transparently on the journal website.
  • Payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions.
  • Acceptance depends solely upon scientific quality and peer review.
  • Waiver or discount requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances according to the journal's APC policy.
