The integration of Agile methodologies into IT audit processes has gained significant attention as organizations strive to enhance audit effectiveness and responsiveness in dynamic technological environments. This study examines the adoption of Agile practices within IT audit functions, focusing on their impact on audit efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability to emerging risks. Through a comprehensive analysis of case studies, surveys, and expert interviews, the research identifies key benefits and challenges associated with Agile auditing. The findings suggest that Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, facilitate iterative planning, continuous feedback, and collaborative decision-making, leading to more timely and relevant audit outcomes. However, successful implementation requires addressing cultural resistance, skill gaps, and alignment with existing audit frameworks. The study concludes with recommendations for organizations seeking to adopt Agile auditing practices, emphasizing the importance of training, stakeholder buy-in, and iterative implementation strategies.
